Ma stocked me up on greeny goodness and intensive supplements this weekend. Honestly, I think if I just substitute this stuff for meals and survive on a diet of cookie-dough wrapped Oreos and prosciutto for a while post-cleanse I think I’ll be just fine.



Though I’ve gotten used to One shot of Vital greens (it’s got a peppermint taste and really, nothing’s THAT bad that you can’t tolerate one shot. except for oil of oregano). But this Vanilla Chai powder’s gonna take some getting used to. I shook it in water today and ended up cutting off my sense to gulp the goodness down. I’m thinking next time it’ll have to be a smoothie with some almond milk and frozen banana to be a viable breakfast option.. anybody have any advice?
