Yestreday: Same cajun salmon with garden salad and rice for dinner. Want more salmon still! Had normal breakfast, lots of almond butter, apples, and dried honey dates, followed by some delicious Sushi Island treats for dinner-and instead of my usual deep-fried banana and vanilla ice cream dessert, I sucked it up and had the ‘mau lau treat’-banana and coconut maki. Honestly, it was pretty tasty, a nice mix of complimentary textures. My sweet tooth was happily taken care of… That is, until I caught a whiff of the evil waffle cone presses at Big Chill across the street. Saboteurs, I tell you!
