Made a massive, and I mean football-team-feeding MASSIVE pot ‘o vegan chili last week but this is the first time I actually sat down to have some (as pictured here, with some rice crisps, of course). Sweet potato, black beans, orange peppers, and a tumeric-cumin spice mix. Tasty!

Had the cereal again for breakie today, some coconut water post-yoga, and snacked on apples and dried mangos (the really awesome natural kind from Whole Foods) during the day, too.
